Two days visit of NAAC Peer Team was held on 07th and 08th of December 2012 in the Chandy College of Education, Thoothukudi,for Assesment and accreditation.
The team comprised of Dr.B.M.Hirdekar, Controller of examinations, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Prof.N.A.Nadeem, Head and Dean, Faculty of education, The University of Kashmir, Srinagar and Dr.Niranjana Soperna, Principal ,Institute of Vocational studies, New Delhi.
The team besides visiting different method rooms and laboratories of the college took stock of different student support services like the library, academic support units etc,.
The team also had separate interactions with the parents, alumni, administrative staff and teaching staff of the college.
Our college is accredited with 2.56 CGPA,’B’ Grade by NAAC
